Concerns are growing about the foods Americans buy and eat after another deadly E. coli outbreak, this time tied to carrots. It’s the latest in a string of food safety issues including the recent E. coli outbreak linked McDonald’s slivered onions, listeria linked to deli meats, and salmonella found in some fresh cucumbers, eggs and basil.
