Officials said secondary cases may affect people who were not infected at the nightclub, but caught the illness from someone who was there, speaking at a press conference in Kent on Friday.
Health chiefs warned that cases of meningitis B may continue to rise despite suggesting the “peak” of the outbreak has passed.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) confirmed two new cases on Friday, taking the total to 29.
