Meghan Markle has shared an extremely rare glimpse of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet together during a very cute Easter update.
While the rest of the Royal Family gathered in Windsor on Sunday morning to attend an Easter service, it was a very different story for the Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan shared a series of videos on Instagram from her day feeding their chickens, gathering eggs, watching Archie and Lilibet race on an Easter egg hunt with their dogs following, Lilibet in a pink dress, holding a large stuffed bunny toy while wearing bunny ears, and Archie working on decorating his own egg.
“Happy Easter!” she wrote in the caption. Prince Harry did not feature in the video.
The Duke of Sussex is set to return to the UK this summer to attend events linked to his patronages and passions.
Harry is set to attend the one-year countdown event to the Invictus Games set to take place in Birmingham in 2027, and he will also be carrying out an engagement linked to the WellChild charity, of which he has been a patron since 2007.
Reports recently claimed the Duke wants to bring his wife and their two children to spend “family time” in England, but only if security is provided.
But a source recently claimed Harry is hoping to get an invite from the King to Sandringham.
The Sussexes saw their security downgrade after they quit the Firm six years ago. But a source close to Harry told The Times: “If he [Harry] was invited by the King, he would get a security package that automatically kicks in.
“He’d like an invite to Sandringham. Would he go? It would depend on who was there. If the King were to say, ‘Come up and spend some time with the family,’ he’d love that. He always loves seeing his father and would love to see him as much as possible.”
It comes as Ravec, the Home Office’s Royal and VIP Executive Committee, is conducting a new risk assessment of the Duke of Sussex.
The assessment is yet to be completed.
