Princess Kate’s brother to step out at big event within weeks | Royal | News

Princess Catherine’s brother is set to step out at a big event within weeks, leaving royal fans excited. James Middleton, who celebrated his 39th birthday just days ago, will be attending Goodwoof dog event this year with his brand James & Ella, where he is expected to launch a new dog-related product.

James is well-known for being a massive dog lover and frequently attends events such as Goodwoof. His dog food brand was inspired by his own dogs, especially Ella, who sadly passed away a few years ago.

Ahead of Goodwoof, which begins on May 16, photographs of James’ previous visits to the event have been shared on social media.

The post read: “With just four weeks to go, we are delighted to announce that James Middleton and @ella.co will be joining us at Goodwoof, a dog event like no other! James has been a friend of Goodwoof since the very beginning and has become a familiar sight, cycling around Goodwoof on his Babboe with a cargo of joyful dogs!

“Over the years, James has joined The Duke of Richmond in leading the opening parade, collaborated with @charliemackesy to auction a bespoke Babboe bike for charity, and exclusively unveiled the cover of his book.

“For 2026, James and his team are bringing something entirely new to the festival: a secret product launch designed to change the way we look after our dogs in the moments that count…

“Make sure to visit the James & Ella stall for an exclusive first look, and catch James at the Training & Behaviour stage with a very special guest to discuss a side of dog ownership that is very close to his heart. Who’s joining us?”

While Princess Catherine is unlikely to be at the event supporting her brother, it is believed she will be supporting from the sidelines, with the pair having a very close bond.

Just last year, James revealed that he speaks to his sisters often, with the trio sharing advice on parenting and other matters.

He told Hello magazine last year:“One of the wonderful things about being the youngest [sibling] and having children last is that there is an abundance of paraphernalia that comes in very handy. Also, it’s the confidence [they give me]. You’re always on edge with being a parent, particularly this time of year with coughs and colds and sniffles going around the place.

“They’re definitely at the end of the phone if we need a bit of advice. And equally, they know that I’m on the end of the phone if they need a bit of advice on managing their dogs.

“I think we’re really fortunate to be a very close family, and so we get together as a family relatively regularly, and love that opportunity.”
