President Donald Trump has embarked on a frenzied one-hour Truth Social posting marathon, prompting concern and bewilderment about his state of mind.
On Monday evening, the president shared and reshared no fewer than 45 individual posts in the space of just 60 minutes – with the majority consisting of endorsements for MAGA Republicans standing in elections nationwide.
President Trump also reshared favourable messages regarding his endorsement track record and Washington, D.C. renovation schemes.
During his frenetic Truth Social session, the president also launched attacks on his political adversaries, including New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who brought multiple felony charges against Trump in New York City.
“Alvin Bragg created a new crime just for “Donald Trump.” He took misdemeanors that didn’t exist, and turned them into felonies that never existed.
“They have a “charge” for Donald Trump that nobody has ever been charged with in the History of Manhattan, and they didn’t charge Hillary Clinton’s lawyer who became the Chief Prosecutor, Mark Pomerantz, and the Judge’s Daughter was the Chief Fundraiser for Kamala Harris and Sleepy Joe Biden. Dirty Cops and Crooked Politicians!”

Additionally, Trump shared an image of the Washington Monument and an equestrian statue in Washington, D.C., alongside before-and-after photographs of the Andrew Jackson statue situated outside the White House.
Trump also posted “51st State!” alongside a link to a Bloomberg article on Canada’s technical recession, an EPA plan to repeal emissions standards and save families over $2,400 on a new vehicle, an article questioning whether he chose the right shade of blue for the Reflecting Pool, as well as roundups of “positive press” he received the previous week.
He further claimed in a post to have seen off Bill Cassidy, Thomas Massie, Brad Raffensperger and Stephen Colbert, boasting a score of 38-0 with three more late-night hosts still to come.
Most alarmingly, he repeated a rambling post in which he fantasises about an Iranian surrender — doing so for a third time in just a few weeks.

The message depicts Iran capitulating and conceding defeat, while taking aim at media coverage of the ongoing conflict and launching fresh attacks on Democrats.
Trump raged: “If Iran surrenders, admits their Navy is gone and resting at the bottom of the sea, and their Air Force is no longer with us, and if their entire Military walks out of Tehran, weapons dropped and hands held high, each shouting ‘I surrender, I surrender’ while wildly waving the representative White Flag, and if their entire remaining Leadership signs all necessary ‘Documents of Surrender,’ and admit their defeat to the great power and force of the magnificent U.S.A.,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday evening.
“The Failing New York Times, The China Street Journal (WSJ!), Corrupt and now Irrelevant CNN, and all other members of the Fake News Media, will headline that Iran had a Masterful and Brilliant Victory over The United States of America, it wasn’t even close. The Dumacrats and Media have totally lost their way. They have gone absolutely CRAZY!!! President DJT”
Trump initially shared the tirade on 18 May at 10.40am, before reposting it on 26 May at 3.32pm. The repetition has fuelled growing concerns about the US president’s cognitive health, according to the Express.
His third posting of the identical message has not gone unnoticed, prompting widespread mockery on X, with users quipping “third time’s a charm.
“Isn’t there a clinical definition for the behavior of a person who does the same things over and over again expecting different results?” one user asked.
“This is genuinely disturbing,” another person added.
