An American passenger who was aboard the hantavirus-hit cruise now says she’s being held in a federal quarantine facility in Nebraska against her will. Angela Perryman, who has never tested positive, says she cries every day, desperate to finish out her six-week quarantine in her home state of Florida. Her lawyers say the problem is health officials and the CDC can’t agree on what that quarantine should look like. “I’m being held hostage,” Perryman says. NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
