President Donald Trump appears to have yet again altered his appearance after his hair looked noticeably different during an Oval Office meeting on Thursday.
The previous day, the president unveiled a full head of hair while addressing an enthusiastic crowd in Las Vegas, which was swiftly compared to the much-loved character Mrs Doubtfire and even a dead chinchilla. By Thursday, however, the president seemed to have switched things up once more.
The startling hair transformation took place as the president listened to members of his administration hold discussions on oil.
“And like many of your previous trade actions, sir, this is intended to ensure that we’re on-shoring manufacturing capacity,” an official remarked as Trump, 80, looked on.
“We’re on-shoring our own supply of critical products, and that we’re protecting American industry from maligned foreign actors in that space,” the official continued. “Thank you. So, polysilicon is sort of the foundational product that makes silicon wafers that become the AI chips and the chips that are in our phones and everything.”
Trump’s hair was spotted almost immediately. “There’s still some funny business going on with Trump’s hair today,” one person captioned the clip.
Another joked that the president’s hair was a “work of art” and that whoever his stylist is “being paid a lot.
“It has to be a hairpiece,” one person declared. “He probably ordered it up after this video came out last weekend! ! !
“Even as he is getting glazed, he worries about what people think of the new head ferret,” another person added.
On Wednesday, the president’s new hairstyle prompted a flurry of cutting comments. “Can we impeach President Mrs. Doubtfire already?” one person remarked.
In the photographs, which were placed side-by-side, observers can see how Trump appeared to unveil quite a different look this week. His hair appears fuller, and people believe he looks considerably more “made up,” too.
Another person joked that a chinchilla had died.
“Either a chinchilla landed on Trump’s head, or he’s workshopping a toupee to see if anyone will notice,” one person remarked.
This follows the president being widely ridiculed on Monday, when his hair appeared to come loose. The awkward moment occurred when Trump was filmed leaving the presidential helicopter and walking towards Air Force One to return to the White House from New Jersey.
In addition to the sartorial mishap, Trump was seen gripping both handrails as he descended the steps of Marine One.
Yet, as the president reached the foot of the stairs, his comb-over lifted up, revealing a substantial portion of his bare scalp. Naturally, numerous critics of the president seized upon the moment.
As he walked across the tarmac, Trump was also spotted tapping his right leg. Observers noted that it’s not the first time Trump has been seen making this movement, a gesture that sparked renewed speculation about the president’s health.
