New Medicaid work requirements are set to take effect at the beginning of 2027 and the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office says the changes could leave 8 million more people across the country without health insurance. It has patients and caregivers concerned about their futures. NBC News’ Julie Tsirkin reports.
