Bedfordshire Police have issued two desperate appeals to the public to help locate a teenage boy who has been missing for nine days. On Tuesday, September 17 the boy, who has only been named as Leroy, was at home in Luton until around 12.30pm when he disappeared and he hasn’t been seen since.
His loved ones and police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare as the days go by and have issued two appeals to help find him. The initial police appeal was posted on the official Bedfordshire Police Facebook page on September 23 and was shared over 600 times.
A new statement has been uploaded on the Bedfordshire Police Facebook page on Wednesday, September 25 urging the public to come forward with any information that may help with their investigation.
The post read: “We are still looking for missing 15-year-old Leroy, are you able to help? He has not been seen since last Tuesday (17 September) at around 12.30pm at his home in Luton. Leroy is described as five-foot-tall, average build, with short black afro hair.”
Anyone with information or who has seen Leroy should call 101 or report online https://www.beds.police.uk/ro/report/ using ref 077 of 19 September.
