The Trump administration is rolling out new guidelines in a revamped food pyramid that it says will make America healthier. Among the changes, meat and dairy products are at the top alongside fruits and vegetables. Protein is now recommended to be prioritized at every meal and people are suggested to double their daily recommended dose. NBC’s Anne Thompson reports for TODAY.
