An 18-year-old Missouri man was paralyzed from the neck down after his family say he was infected with the West Nile Virus. And health authorities in Wisconsin say two people have died from the virus. The cases come as experts say climate change is extending the mosquito season. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
