Police investigating the sexual assault of two women at a busy underground station in London’s West End and have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak with.
The pair were targeted in the ticket hall in the frightening attack, which was reported in November.
A British Transport Police spokesman explained: “Officers investigating an incident of sexual assault at Leicester Square underground station are today releasing these images in connection.
“Just before 7pm on Saturday, 23 November, a man repeatedly sexually assaulted two women in the ticket hall.”
Officers believed the man in the images may have information which could help with their investigation.
The pictures show a man in a blue hooded top with writing on the front.
Anyone who recognises him is being asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 37 of November 27.
