Prince Louis is well-known across the globe for his cheeky antics, with the six-year-old prince often amusing royal fans at large events by either dancing, yawning or pulling funny faces.
However, it appears that Louis is just like plenty of other children across the world as his cheeky behaviour also takes place behind closed doors away from the cameras.
One Strictly judge confirmed this when she spoke about the time the prince, his sister Princess Charlotte, nine, and their mum Princess Kate, 42, came to visit the Strictly Come Dancing studio last year.
As well as meeting the show judges, dancers and hosts, the children were also given the opportunity to sit in the judges’ seats.
Before they left the studio, the siblings – who are reportedly big fans of the show – were then given some gifts.
However, it appears the young prince was not the biggest fan of what he received, and instead expressed how he wanted Princess Charlotte’s present instead.
Speaking to The Sun, head strictly fudge Shirley Ballas said: “They [Charlotte and Louis] are beautiful.
“When they visited we had these crowns on set, so I thought it would be a nice idea to give the little girl a crown and I got him a nice box of sweets.
“Then he went, ‘I want one of those,’ and pointed at the crown. So we had to go and find him a little crown!”
Despite the cheeky remark, the judge said both the children were “beautifully polite” and had “an absolute ball”.
As well as Prince William and Princess Kate’s young family tuning in every weekend to watch the show, the King and Queen Camilla are reportedly also big fans and enjoy sitting down to enjoy the programme together.
Host Tess Daley told HELLO! in 2019: “Camilla is a fan, she has been to visit us in the studio before and she spent half a day with us and it was wonderful, she was absolutely part of the whole process during the dress rehearsals, at the judge’s desk, handling the panels and she really enjoyed her day.
“It’s a huge compliment that her and Charles are fans of the show. She’s told me they watch together.”
