U.S. President Donald Trump is set to give a speech at the State of the Union today (February 24). The event will take place at the US Capitol in Washington, DC, and will feature lawmakers, Supreme Court justices, as well as military leaders.
The event has already been hit by Epstein Files protests. Epstein survivors attending the event will also wear “release the files” pins, according to reports.
Epstein survivor Dani Bensky said: “Where are the rest of the files? The truth must come out. Why are there no investigations when there are plenty of people in these files to investigate? Have we read them?”
Erika Kirk, the widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, will also attend, as a White House spokesperson confirmed to The Hill. In his speech, Trump is likely to give an overview of his year in office, but he is also expected to discuss future policies.
Mr Trump is expected to discuss recent developments in Iran, as well as domestic issues and the economy.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed earlier today that the President will make policy announcements.
