Victoria Beckham’s £30 beauty buy that creates fuller-looking brows

Beauty fans can recreate Victoria Beckham’s iconic look with a brow gel from her beauty brand which the former Spice Girl has said she is ‘obsessed’ with. The FeatherFix Brow Gel can be bought for £30 from the Victoria Beckham Beauty website.

Victoria claims her liquid brow gel will “create the illusion of a big bushy eyebrow,” and it comes in four shades – blonde, light brunette, medium brunette and black brown – plus a clear option. In a video posted on her Facebook account, Beckham said the product was one she had “just been dying for”.

“I’m completely brow obsessed,” she added as she showed viewers how to apply the product. “I have filled in the brow, and then I have very carefully drawn little individual hairs, because this is where I’m really missing quite a lot of hair. This is such a great product, and look – this is so tiny that you can get a really precise application, which is why I love it so much.

“This is a brow gel like no other brow gel you’ve ever used,” she said, adding: “What is so genius about this product, is once you’ve fixed your brow, it’s not going anywhere, it’s not going to let you down.”

The brow gel is said to separate, lift, and define each brow hair with a waterproof formula that promises to stay in place for 24 hours. The micro-detail brush is made up of firm bristles which can grip and separate hairs to sculpt the brow.

To style it, the website recommends combing FeatherFix with upward and outward motions through brow hairs. For a natural look they recommend the Crystal Clear, and for a more groomed look, shoppers can use the shade that suits them. They say it takes one minute to set, leaving brows ‘locked in place all day’. Consumers can enjoy peace of mind as the product is vegan and cruelty-free.

The brand also says that in a consumer perception study of 33 females, aged 18-45 years, after eight hours of wear, 100% of the users agreed brows felt weightless and look groomed, but also still looked natural after use.

Shoppers could also look to UKLash, which as a similar product that is currently reduced from £15 to £10.50 for a one-time purchase. Its Brow Gel Sculpt features a dual-ended brush and comb that can be used to apply the gel to create a fuller, more defined shape to the eyebrows.

Another alternative is the No7 Pro Artist Runway Ready Brow Gel from Boots. It is also reduced, from £14.95 to £8.97, and is described as a lightweight clear gel formula that smooths on with ease to sculpt and set brows in place.

The Victoria Beckham FeatherFix brow gel has many fans who have left rave reviews on the website. One said: “Great product and 100% worth the money. Will definitely be purchasing more.”

Another said: “Wonderful product. Shapes and colours my brows for a finishing touch.” And another reviewer wrote: “Goes on great and sets my brows for the day.”

One shopper explained their four-star review: “I liked this product very much. I have it in both clear and medium brown. It lifts, separates and holds the brows in shape. It still looks natural. I gave this a four-star rating. It would have been a five if it felt more hydrating too.”

Someone else said: “Very light, lighter than I was expecting, but does a lovely job. The brush is the best part.”
