Asda making big change in 1,124 stores this week – worth up to £97 | Personal Finance | Finance

Asda has announced a major change across all its UK stores in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. The supermarket is giving shoppers a chance to save big in the lead-up to the early May Bank Holiday.

From Monday, April 27, Asda has slashed its prices across its booze to allow customers to stock up before the weekend.

The supermarket is offering a range of deals, including Buy 6, save 25% on wine, and shoppers do not need any loyalty cards to take advantage of the offers.

Customers hoping to stock up on beer can make use of Asda’s any 2 for £20 on selected beer and cider megapacks, including top brands, such as Desperados, Magners Cider, Fosters, and Budweiser. The supermarket revealed that customers can save up to 23% by using the offer.

Wine lovers can also save big with Asda’s buy 6, save 25% deal, where customers can save up to £97.50 on branded and own-label staple wines. Options include Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Tail Chardonnay, Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon, Jam Shed Shiraz, Kylie Prosecco Rose, and Voga Prosecco DOC.

Not only that, but customers benefit from additional Rollbacks on wines, which can be used in conjunction with the Buy 6 Save 25% offer.

Spirits are also on offer, with Asda setting back top-brand 1L bottles, including Smirnoff Vodka, Captain Morgan Spice Rum, Gordon’s Gin, and Bell’s Whiskey, for £18.50.

Premium brand 1L spirits, including Bombay Sapphire Gin, Absolute Vodka, and Jack Daniel’s, have been reduced to £20, with Asda claiming shoppers will save £14.50 (42%) compared to Tesco non-ClubCard prices.

You can find more of Asda’s deals online and in-store.
