How to buy Billy Corgan tickets for ‘magical’ Mellon Collie tour | Music | Entertainment

Smashing Pumpkins icon Billy Corgan has confirmed a show-stopping solo tour will be taking place later this year in the UK to celebrate the band’s iconic and genre-defining 1995 album Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. The two-night event is called A Night of Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness, and will deliver an “orchestral and operatic rendering” of the incredible record.

These shows are due to take place at the Royal Festival Hall in London, at the Southbank Centre. Kicking off on September 1, 2026, and running through to September 2, 2026, this is fans’ one and only chance to see Billy Corgan deliver a never-before-seen experience complete with a full orchestra and new arrangements. Tickets for these shows are out right now, and fans can find the details below.

Billy Corgan previously took his tour around the USA and is now excited to bring it to Europe and the UK.

Speaking out about the show, he said: “The success of translating Mellon Collie into operatic and classical form has been one of the most satisfying experiences of my life.

“Where on each of the 7 sold out nights in Chicago we’d finish within the raucous wave of a standing ovation. So to now take it on the road, and to Europe, too says this magical dream doesn’t have to end.”

Conductor of the show, James Lowe, added: “It has been so gratifying to discover how the nuances and layers of Mellon Collie reveal themselves in fresh new ways in these symphonic, choral and operatic settings. To now have the opportunity to perform this work in Europe with world class musicians in such important venues is nothing short of thrilling.”
