Tesco is updating its Clubcard rules to reward shoppers with triple points through a newly launched offer. More than 24 million households hold a Tesco Clubcard. Members can accumulate points in various ways, including using their Clubcard during shopping trips, whether in-store or online, or when purchasing fuel at Tesco.
The supermarket announced today, May 22, that it is awarding triple Clubcard points on all Tesco Marketplace orders over the next three weeks. Until June 9, Tesco Marketplace customers will receive three times the standard number of Clubcard points on Marketplace purchases, reports the Mirror.
Tesco describes its Marketplace as an online platform that unites more than “600 trusted sellers and thousands of products across home, garden, tech, toys, and outdoor living, giving customers more choice and value in one place”.
It continues: “Shoppers can find everything they need to get ready for summer – from outdoor sports equipment to keep the kids entertained, to dining sets and charcoal grills”.
With 33C temperatures predicted across parts of the UK this bank holiday weekend, the retailer has slashed prices on numerous outdoor products. Some of the standout garden offers include:

Further bargains can be found in tech, including the LG US40T Black Bluetooth Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, now £155.95, reduced from £299.99. The Samsung U8000F 55 Inch TV is also available at £329.00, down from £368.00.
Among the current Clubcard Price deals from sellers on Tesco Marketplace is the George Foreman Outdoor 12 Inch Portable Wood Fired Pizza (down from £199.99 to £149.99), alongside the George Foreman Three Burner Gas BBQ (down from £199.99 to £159.99).

Peter Filcek, Online Development Director, said: “Tesco Marketplace is already a great place to find value, but our Triple Clubcard points offer running until June 9 gives customers even more reason to get ready for summer with us. All you have to do to claim the triple Clubcard points is to place an order on Tesco Marketplace during the promotional period, turning your Bank Holiday purchases into rewards. These extra points can be put towards everything from eating out at restaurants to discounted trips to the cinema.”
Clubcard points can be exchanged for Clubcard Vouchers to use at more than 100 Reward Partners. Tesco now offers triple Clubcard voucher value at seven leading restaurant chains, amongst them PizzaExpress, Prezzo and Las Iguanas.
Clubcard vouchers are also redeemable against Tesco Tuesdays at Cineworld, where tickets for the latest movies are priced at just £5, or £2.50 in Tesco Clubcard vouchers at double value every Tuesday. Vouchers can likewise be used at Cineworld at double value against standard prices on any other day of the week.
