The alleged weapons are three machetes, 37 swords, three ninja swords, two flick-knives or gravity knives, eight knuckledusters, an extendable baton and a manriki-gusari.
The convicted killer appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court via videolink from HMP Frankland. His dad Moga Singh, 52, and brother Gurpreet Digwa, 27, are accused of the same charges, while Gurpreet faces four additional counts.

Possessing an axe in a public place
Possessing a Kirpan in a public place
All of the offences are dated December 4, 2025 – the day after University of Southampton student Henry was killed.
When police arrived, Digwa lied to police and accused the teenager of racism. A three-minute police body-worn video was released showing Mr Nowak, from Chafford Hundred, Essex, being placed in handcuffs.
Mr Nowak could repeatedly be heard telling officers that he had been stabbed, to which one officer replied “I don’t think you have, mate”, moments before he became unconscious. He tragically died one hour after the video was taken.
The shocking case sparked fury from the public and politicians, an an IOPC investigation into Hampshire Police.
Henry’s dad Mark branded the way his son was treated as “degrading” and “inhumane”. He added: “Henry did not die with dignity. He did not die with the care he deserved. He lost consciousness before anyone believed him.”
