Huge clouds of smoke smother a UK city as a historic building has gone up in flames.
St Andrew’s Church in Leicester is reportedly ablaze on Wednesday morning.
Leicestershire Fire Service confirmed that they are in attendance at a fire on Jarrom Street.
A warning has been issued for all locals to shut doors and windows.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Control said: “There is an incident on Jarrom Street in Leicester City, this is sending smoke over the city. Please keep windows and doors closed!”
