Amazon Prime viewers will be pleased to learn of a hit new TV series now streaming on the platform. Off Campus is a romantic drama television series created by Louisa Levy. The American drama is based on the Off-Campus book series by Elle Kennedy. Ahead of the series premiere in May, Off Campus was renewed for a second season. Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli star as the series protagonists. The series synopsis reads: “Love blooms between a music student and the university’s star hockey player, exploring love and the complexities of adulthood through deep friendships and enduring bonds.”

Off Campus has amassed an incredible 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The critics’ consensus reads: “Off Campus thrives on titillation and the deliberate excavation of relationship dynamics in a whirlwind romance novel adaptation that genuinely cares for the genre and all its pleasurable trappings.”

One critic said: “Off Campus is a tropey, addictive and steamy offering, a decent specimen of its genre and reminiscent of the good old The CW shows. And that’s not bad at all.”

Another said: “The series is engaging and addictive. It’s extremely rewatchable, and I can’t stop thinking about it.”

“For all of its drama, romance, and emotional intensity, Off Campus succeeds because it never loses sight of its characters,” added a third.

A fan of the series said: “This was way better than I was hoping, loved all the changes that were made and im so excited for next season already.”

“I thought this show was one of the better drama/romance shows compared to others!! All the characters were great, and it was interesting how things played out in each episode. I thought every episode was pretty good too. I loved the ending with a cliffhanger and can’t wait for the next season,” said a second.

Another viewer added: “I wish I could give this 1,000 stars. It is smart, sexy, sweet, deep, funny, and addicting! I can’t wait for season two. You’ll love this, too. I promise. And the music is amazing.”

Off Campus is available to stream now on Amazon Prime.
