Marks and Spencer is opening several new stores in the coming months, to the delight of locals. The British supermarket chain is rapidly expanding its food business, and previously unveiled a list of 500 locations where it aims to open stores, bringing M&S Food stores to areas that have not previously had one. The chain had already opened several stores across the country this year, including its new and improved 13,000 square foot store in Martlesham Heath.
He added: “With more than twenty stores opening or modernised before the end of the financial year, we are moving faster. Our team want new sites where we could open a large M&S Food store as we deliver on our strategy to bring the right stores to the right places and offer the best shopping experience, range and availability for our customers.”
