A woman has admitted filming herself performing sex acts on her own dog. Cassie Lynn Snay, 27, is charged with two counts of bestiality and a potential prison sentence of five years. Police opened an investigation into Trey Mettler, with whom Snay was in an “on-again and off-again relationship” with, for a failure to register as a sex offender in connection with a child molesting conviction. Upon his arrest during a traffic stop, police confiscated a phone found in the car. On it were 13 different photos and videos of dogs engaged in sex acts with a female, and Snay was identifiable in all but one of them, court records state.
Snay admitted to committing the acts and sending the photos and videos to Mettler, it is alleged, saying that they were made at a property in Allen County or at a motel in Coliseum Boulevard, court records add. She told cops that the dogs in media were hers, but the sex acts were only done with one.
Snay’s bond was revoked in February after she violated one of the conditions of her pre-trial release, 21Alive reported. She is banned from having contact with the dogs, and must complete a counselling program for sexual perpetrators.
Snay pleaded guilty as charged on Monday as part of a plea deal of one-year, concurrent executed sentence, before adult probation. She’ll serve her executed sentence in Allen County Community Corrections, if deemed eligible.
Her sentencing is scheduled for August 4.
