The latest Downdetector figures suggest the National Lottery app is still experiencing problems this evening.
Reports surged sharply just before 6pm, peaking at more than 2,000 complaints before beginning to fall slightly.
Most users reporting issues said the problems were linked to the app, which accounted for 62 per cent of complaints. A further 26 per cent related to login problems, while nine per cent involved the website itself.
Although the number of reports appears to be dropping, hundreds of users are still reporting issues accessing the National Lottery’s services.
