She praised all the contestants as “amazing”, and especially praised a hot sauce made by one of the cooks. However, when telling her husband about the sauce, she hinted that it might not be the best suited to him. This is because of how spicy it is.
The Duchess of Sussex told her husband: “There’s a hot sauce and, you know, it’s a sambal, and it is so good.
“I don’t know, I think it might be too much for you, though. It’s spicy.”
This revelation that Harry doesn’t do too well with spicy foods and sauces may remind royal fans of Prince William, Harry’s estranged brother.
This was revealed by William himself a few years ago, when he appeared with his wife, Princess Catherine, on “Going Home with Vick and Jordan on Radio 1”.
The Prince of Wales revealed on the radio show: “I can’t do too much spice, I start sweating. It’s not attractive.”
Catherine then added, “Whereas I like the spice, so I have to sort of cook the curry and then add the spice, extra spice at the end.”
This suggests that while they may not talk, William and Harry’s struggle with spice is something the brothers can relate to each other on.
Likewise, both their wives seem to be fans of spicy food, giving Meghan and Catherine something in common they could one day bond over.
