Princess Beatrice’s husband breaks family tradition on 6th wedding anniversary | Royal | News

Beatrice and Edo, as he is affectionately known, married on July 17, 2020. The lavish ceremony took place at Royal Lodge’s Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor. The property developer has marked four of his five wedding anniversaries, missing only the second in 2022.

Last year, he posted a sweep snap of himself with Beatrice posing by the sea somewhere in Scotland.

He captioned the image: “Happy 5th Anniversary to my incredible partner, the most beautiful and amazing wife.

“I cherish every moment we’ve spent together and am deeply grateful for our journey.

“Here’s to countless more years filled with laughter and tons of love!”

Last August, Edo also marked his wife’s 37th birthday by sharing a photo of her.

He accompanied the picture with the caption: “Happy Birthday to my BEAUTIFUL wife. You are the greatest. We love you so much. E,W,S,A xxxx”

It has been a challenging year for the princess, whose father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was arrested on his birthday, February 19, on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and was later released after about 11 hours. His arrest came after revelations emerged about his relationship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing.

Beatrice has stayed quiet since her father’s arrest, only making a handful of public appearances, including at the wedding of Peter and Harriet Phillips on June 6.

She put a brave face on as she walked to All Saints Church in the village of Kemble, near Cirencester, Gloucestershire, alongside her husband, Princess Beatrice and her own husband, Jack Brooksbank.

On June 25, Beatrice was seen walking around the Mayfair neighbourhood in London amid a historic heatwave across England, where temperatures hit a high of 37.3C.

The mother of two wore a green and white striped Cefinn Studio belted mididress and pointed Mary Jane flats from Rothy’s for her day out.

Both Beatrice and Eugenie skipped Trooping the Colour on June 13.
