Reading & Leeds confirm ‘completely revamped’ festival ahead of 2026 event | Music | Entertainment

Reading & Leeds Festival are just a matter of weeks away, at this point, but the annual weekender has just confirmed some major upgrades to the proceedings. The festival, which this year is being sponsored by Pepsi MAX, has announced new plans for a “completely revamped” stage layout. This will be the “biggest staging and arena overhaul in the festival’s 37 year history”.

These improvements will reportedly be made to The Grid, which is the festival’s main stage. And the proceedings are due to take place simultaneously at Little John’s Farm in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds. Both of which will be kicking off during the August bank holiday weekend from Thursday, August 27-Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Reading & Leeds Festival 2026 has no fewer than six headliners on the line-up for next month.

Included in the list are Fontaines D.C., Florence + The Machine, Dave and Charli xcx.

British icon Raye is also taking to the stage across the weekend, shortly after ending her stint at the O2 Arena.

What’s more, Kasabian will be playing an exclusive headline slot – making their debut at the festival – but only on Thursday night. And it will only be happening at Leeds, as well.

On top of these major artists are some other huge acts, including Skepta, Sombr, Role Model, JADE, Kneecap and many more.

Thankfully, for the fans who have not yet purchased tickets to the Reading & Leeds Festivals, there is still a chance.

There are a limited amount of official tickets still leftover.

At the time of writing, Ticketmaster has plenty of tickets available for both festivals. This includes both camping and regular weekend tickets.
