A royal chef has urged people to “ban” one ingredient from our kitchens as he shared the best way to cook fried eggs. For 15 years, Darren McGrady served as a chef to Queen Elizabeth II, Diana, Princess of Wales, and Princes William and Harry. He also cooked for US Presidents, including Reagan, Bush, and Clinton.
With a CV like that, it’s safe to say Darren knows his way around a kitchen — especially with everyday staples like eggs. He says there are a few key things to keep in mind if you want to cook them perfectly. Darren told us to avoid battery eggs and choose “beautiful, organic” ones instead.
