As Ebola cases surge in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Trump administration is reportedly planning to send Americans exposed to the deadly virus to a facility in Kenya rather than bringing them home for monitoring. The United States has already evacuated two American doctors from the DRC to Prague and Berlin. NBC’s Molly Hunter reports for TODAY.
