How to watch Meghan Markle on MasterChef Australia? | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

MasterChef Australia returns with a special guest on Sunday night’s episode which will air Down Under. Channel 10 announced in April that Meghan Markle will join fellow judges Jean-Christophe Novelli, Poh Ling Yeow and Sofia Levin on the much-loved programme. The 44-year-old filmed her scenes for the show during her visit to Australia with Prince Harry back in April. It was the couple’s first trip Down Under in eight years.

The Australian network and channel behind the production, Channel 10 and Endemol Shine, have revealed that the episode which features Meghan will air on Sunday, July 26 at 7pm [Australian time]. During the special episode, Meghan will task the contestants with creating a dish fit for a Duchess by making one seasonal ingredient the focus of their plate.

The broadcaster announced: “We’re welcoming someone SUPER special into the MasterChef Kitchen.” Footage released by the programme captured Poh introducing the Duchess to this season’s contestants.

In a preview of the episode that appeared on Sydney’s 10 News, introduced her chosen ingredients, noting that the chefs had “quite the bounty her” and proudly sharing that her children Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, “eat Brussels sprouts.”

“That’s impressive,” Levin said.

“Food and cooking to me is really a love language,” Markle explained later in the preview. “I think it’s such a great way to connect. It’s something that can feel sentimental and meaningful and It’s how I, it’s how I show my nurturing and love for my friends, family, and my kids.”

MasterChef Australia airs every Sunday through Wednesday at 7:30pm [Australia time] and will be free to stream for those viewers residing Down Under.

In the UK fans can currently watch season 17 of MasterChef Australia on free-to-air U&W and Channel 4.

But there’s no official word on when 2026’s season 18 – with Meghan Markle – will air in the UK, so fans of the show may be better off watching clips on social media.
