A witness in the area, Lorraine Thompson, told Express & Star: “It’s over the back, I live on Birmingham Road – opposite the British Queen, and just up the road is a car valeting place, it is over the back of there.

“The smoke is blowing in opposite direction, the fire service said to keep windows and doors closed, it’s thick black smoke and it still looks like it is raging.”
