Prince William‘s decision not to speak to his brother Prince Harry over the last few years has been dubbed a “strategy” by a royal expert. The Prince of Wales and The Duke of Sussex have been estranged for some time, with reports suggesting that their relationship hit rocky waters before Harry quit royal life in 2020.
However, any relationship they had left with each other was then damaged by Harry’s docuseries Harry and Meghan, followed by his memoir Spare, in which he criticised the Royal Family. While William now retains a “wall of silence” with Prince Harry, as reported by Times Now, this has been dubbed a “strategy”.
British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard said by not talking to Harry over recent years, Prince William was “ignoring the circus” and was “done with drama”. She said: “This feels like a permanent royal reset. But William’s silence isn’t a mystery. It’s a strategy.”
